We are looking for a project manager for the FP7 Adopting Hospital based Health Technology Assessment
(AdHopHTA). The objective of the project is to research on the basis on current HTA processes and methods used in hospitals, as well as to develop advanced instruments and tools and set up the basis for a European collaborative network on hospital based HTA. There are 10 partners located in Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Turkey, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Estonia. The position will be based at the Innovation Department belonging to the FCRB (www.fundacioclinic.org
). The position will remain open until filled.
Main tasks and responsibilities include (this is not an exhaustive list):
Implementing and coordinating the AdHopHTA project, ensuring that the deliverables and milestones are completed in timely fashion. This will require:
a) managing the scientific team and liaising with professors, academic and hospital professionals, as well as with other HTA scientists and experts, this also includes providing communication between various partners and the EC project officers;
b) Project administration, including logistics, meetings, agendas, minutes, venues, newsletters;
c) Preparation of detailed scientific, management and financial reports to EU, including the collection of both project reports and project financial statements from partners;
d) follow up of the Project at the institutional and European level;
e) attending network meetings including travel when needed;
f) contributing to the dissemination of AdHopHTA results and with updates of the website.
Additionally, execution of the coordinator required reports on the FP7 Integrate project, dealing with administrative and financial matters, will be also a task.
We are seeking a dynamic person with a University degree (health sciences preferred), postgraduate qualification will be a plus. The person should has a demonstrated capacity in team work and previous experience in project management (experience managing EU FP7 grants will be a plus). Excellent communications skills (written and oral) in English will be essential. Good organizational and analytical skills and ability to meet strict deadlines will be required. Other valuable skills are: ) ability to multi-task and work on different projects simultaneously; b) proactive, flexible and problem-solving attitude; c) strong IT skills (Excel, Power Point, content management Systems); d) fast learner that requires minimal supervision; e)willingness to travel abroad when needed to interact with collaborators and partners

Salary in the region of € 28-32K subject to experience
