For this, we use a spectrum of different approaches, including RNAseq in bulk and in single cells, ChIPseq of transcription factors and histone marks, bisulfite and ox-bisulfite sequencing to study the methylome, HiC and 4C to study genome topology as well as a number of additional approaches based on next generation sequencing Whom would we like to hire? • You have a degree in Computational Biology or in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology) • You are capable of working in a group and • You are fluent in English   The Offer • Contract duration: One year with the possibility to be extended for another one year and a half • Estimated annual gross salary: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and consistent with our pay scales. • Target start date: January 2018 We provide a highly stimulating environment with state-of-the-art infrastructures, and unique professional career development opportunities.
